Customers may provide information, files, images, product data, documents, business information, databases, or other content for the purpose of receiving our services.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide such content and authorize Scorpindus to process it for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.

Scorpindus may collect and process information in connection with the operation of its website and services.

We aim to provide reliable and continuous access to our services; however, we do not guarantee that our website, software, platforms, hosting environments, APIs, or services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
